The service guide and worksheet run in your browser. This website does not store enquiries in a website database. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
If you choose to pass a service-guide result or worksheet to the enquiry page, that brief is held temporarily in this browser tab’s session storage, then removed from storage when the enquiry page reads it. The form does not save your contact details in browser storage.
You can review the enquiry before sending. Choosing “Send enquiry” submits it to the website’s mail handler, which emails it to Northdown. Your email address is included as the reply address so Northdown can respond. Enquiries are handled by Northdown’s hosting and email services. The handler uses a secure session cookie to limit repeated submissions; it does not use that cookie for advertising or analytics.
Copying or downloading your enquiry text does not send it. Information shared in an enquiry is used for responding, understanding the problem and discussing potential work. The website does not store enquiries in a website database.
Do not include passwords, private keys, customer records or unnecessary sensitive information. Access and data-handling requirements should be agreed before implementation work.
This website runs on a virtual private server. Hosting infrastructure may process access and technical information under the provider’s own terms and privacy policies. This page describes the website’s custom features; it does not replace the hosting provider’s policies.
